Historical Perspectives is an established history society run by and for postgraduates studying at universities throughout the United Kingdom.
Our main activities during the academic year include the hosting of a monthly seminar series which covers a range of history topics including economic, social, cultural, medieval, modern, and medical history.
We also hold a two day conference in May/June of each year. The theme for each conference is broadly themed in attempt to facilitate a wide range of postgraduate students and their research interests.
Details of next year’s conference are available here.
Though primarily a history society, we are interested in any research that examines issues through an historical lens.
